Raad van bestuur

Vanaf januari 2010 bestaat de Raad van bestuur van CIGNA Life Insurance Company Europe (CLICE) en CIGNA Europe Insurance Company (CEIC) uit de volgende leden:

Timothy D. Buckley

Tim Buckley, Chairman en Non-executive director. Tim is eveneens Vice president chief financial officer voor CIGNA International.

William M. Clowes

Mike Clowes, Onafhankelijke non-executive director. Mike was Senior vice president en Chief actuary, maar is nu op pensioen.

Daniel Cools

Daniel Cools, Executive director. Daarnaast vervult Daniel de functies van Corporate secretary en Group financial controller.

David S. Scheibe

David Scheibe, Non-executive director. Daarnaast is David Treasury senior voor CIGNA International.

Alastair Watt

Alastair Watt, Executive director. Alastair is eveneens Europese Managing director en General counsel.
