Cigna companies in Europe

Cigna has two insurance companies in Belgium:

• Cigna Life Insurance Company of Europe SA-NV ("CLICE")
• Cigna Europe Insurance Company SA-NV ("CEIC")

Cigna Life Insurance Company of Europe SA-NV ("CLICE") was incorporated on 18 February 1981. Its registered office is located at 1000 Brussels, avenue de Cortenbergh 52. It is registered with the Crossroad Bank for Enterprises under number 0421.437.284.

The capital of CLICE amounts to EUR 85.011.556.

Shareholders of the two insurance companies

The current shareholders of CLICE are:

• Cigna Holdings Overseas Inc, 300 Bellevue Parkway, Wilmington, Delaware,19801 USA – 145,529 shares (99.998%)
• Cigna Global Holdings Inc, 300 Bellevue Parkway, Wilmington, Delaware, 19801 USA – 1 share (0.002%)

Cigna Europe Insurance Company SA-NV ("CEIC") was founded on 29 March 2001. Its registered office is located at 1000 Brussels, avenue de Cortenbergh 52. It is registered with the Crossroad Bank for Enterprises under number 0474.624.562.

The capital of CEIC amounts to EUR 24.500.000.

The current shareholders of CEIC are:

• Cigna Holdings Overseas Inc, 300 Bellevue Parkway, Wilmington, Delaware, 19801 - USA – 99,999 shares (99.999%)
• Cigna Global Holdings Inc, 300 Bellevue Parkway, Wilmington, Delaware, 19801 - USA – 1 share (0.001%)
